the rooms were clean and tidy. the hotel staff stood out with their kindness and friendliness. they consistently engaged with customers to ensure all needs were met. i enjoyed every meal, however, more variety in the buffet would enhance the dining experience further.

the boat cruise offered through the hotel was a paddle boat, it was painful. the boat guy ended up hurting himself trying to get the boat out because it was stuck in the shallow water.

the pool area has ample space for relaxation. i noticed a jacuzzi, offering a soothing option. the hotel also features a restaurant with well-presented meals and attentive service. it looked well kept.

The staff was friendly and helpful. they provided assistance from arrival to departure. breakfast featured great variety. I saw many choices. the housekeeping was perfect. The team members were always ready to assist.
